No, we did NOT do an IEO. We raised capital VIA Private Placement.

Because the Socios app is not live, we will distribute those tokens when the utility is there, we have frequently communicated this to our community.

When is your plan to launch the Socios application? If it happened in November, very many people asked about this but they have not gotten the answer in detail so many are very curious

We announced in Friday's keynote that the Socios app will be live on iOS and Android on November 6th.
