What different beatween their DEX and Vite cross-Dex for example?
What about their WAN coin? Is their coin has some usecase right now? Project was bulit almost 3 year ago, and still not much being built so far...

I do not know Vite much, to comment on it.  It's a DAG rather than a blockchain.
Wanchain already has cross-capability in its current running mainnet with BTC, ETH and a few ERC20.  Also, Wanchain has private transaction features in its mainnet wallet for a long time, and now available on its light wallet.
