when I'm bored and very tired of trading, I will try to take a vacation to a place that I think has criteria for a safe, calm and cool place, vacationing on an island with your wife or your girlfriend and having a party there in my opinion could be one option that is sufficient for refreshment.
This is really good idea, i also like to have such vacations and it gives mental relaxation so stressed people can relax this way. When you are trading you will remain worry all the time about gain and lose. So to get relief we can take break and again start trading with new inspiration. For beginning I took inspiration from my friend as he is great trader.
