This is same as all of other websites I know. How can a website give you commission for deposits your referrals make while that can be withdrawn immediately?
Not all websites using the same affiliate system, there are some types of affiliate programs and it is true that there are some sites that gives you commission based on your referral deposit (usually first deposit). There is also affiliate program that gives you some percentage on referral lost (it is usually called by revenue share). Indeed most other sites uses the most common affiliate program which is based on how much have been wagered by our referrals. Obviously every affiliate system has their own rules, so it wont be easy to be abused. It is not as simple as what you think (about the commission based on referral's deposit).
I didn't found casino that pay commission based on referred user deposit that would be very weird
