I'd suggest that you remove the original google form link that they've provided in your post (the same for others who have quoted it) or replace it with a placeholder.
You're indirectly re-sharing a malicious link. Also, you'd still make the same point without that.
I know only a twit will fall for that even with the warnings/etc but, let's just keep the possibilities of it being clicked to 0%

This is exactly what is needed to be done once you recieved an email that you can't recognize from whom did it came from. Ignore it as much as possible because the possibility of unknown emails to be a scam.
But also warn others about it.
