The main difference between Investa and these other coins is that the Investa team is really doing things happen and the others are pretending only to get the money from ICO and run away.
Just look how many very known projects promised exchanges, cards, ATMs and until today we have nothing and is already two or even three years after ICO.

Investa team delivered many of their products ahead of schedule and even before the ICO ended, so investors could fill confident this isn't a scam like many others which sell only white papers with no products at all. Involved Investa team members invested their own money to fill the ICO soft cap and additionally the team are real people and Investa has offices, so you can go there and talk to them in person every day.

Those are the main differences between Investa and other projects, despite token is on ETH like many others, but that is not the most important thing.
I think you should read this thread from start to end to understand everything. I am not a shill and when I see red flags I am the first to speak loud about and ask questions.
