In the real world, the one who claims that I threaten h4ns has to quote where?
Those are your words GP, take your time and read this part: "threatened to get sued", did they THREATENED to sue you for DEFAMATION?
So you can't sue h4ns because you will reveal your identity then and you obviously risk serious charges and in real world without lawsuit your defamation case makes no sense.
