One question, is the circular mark on the inner recess, part of the design or it is the result of using a dull end mill?
Actually, neither.
It was all cut with a brand new .125 carbide ball end mill .05mm deep.
The line(s) you see are the result of concentric tool paths .25mm (ten thou) apart.
They didnt polish out but hey, kinda adds character dont it?
What does the alpha numeric digits represent on the outside rim of the coin represent? Was it just a stand in for a public key or something? I kinda like this coin, nice work
