I think everyone has an account on bitcointalk, it's natural
If so, then for someone who is able to create 3000 posts in one month, i think he has a dead/locked/banned account in bitcointalk. The only good thing in cryptotalk is that he , probably, clean the bitcointalk forum from some thousands of spammers.
