Gambling action in this country Africa (black people),

Now since America and China entered Africa, developing casinos, it has continued to grow. Nobody disparages / hates gambling in Africa,
Now Africa is synonymous with jungles and ancient traditions, and also casinos by being an entertainment for families in Africa.

In fact, it is not the government that doesn't ban them, playing gambling, but the people themselves who don't want to care and listen, keep betting.
