Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is a legally registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, United States which was incorporated on October 23, 2018. The company is current in all of its filings and is in good standing (State filing ID: 2018-000825660). More information about the company's corporate status and filing information can be found here:
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=029068139148032188088010133253178194132190252116

The Organizer of the LLC is Michael Weinrub, a.k.a. Michael, who is the CEO of Zentoshi Limited Liability Company.

On October 23, 2018, Zentoshi registered under the provisions of House Bill (HB-70) which grants treatment of ZenX as a utility currency. Documentation on House Bill (HB-70) can be found here: https://trackbill.com/bill/wyoming-house-bill-70-open-blockchain-tokens-exemptions/1536046/

Due to the nature of ZenX as a utility currency, its purpose is to create an infrastructure which allows independent operators to bring elements of their own businesses into the Zentoshi Microcosm, earn a piece of the pie, offer additional services to users, and overall, the more entities that enter the Microcosm, the more useful the currency will become. On top of this, Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is already working to create three of its own services within the Microcosm (SunnyNode, CloudGSP and ZentoshiPay, which are detailed in the Whitepaper). Banking on the success of these three services, which will be the first within the Microcosm, is our way of trying to be the first to prove our use case.
To address part of the "lack of socials" issue which was raised, part of this was oversight and we should have made an effort to get as many of our project contributors as we could to supply us with their social media. The second part of this which I want to address, I had attempted to clarify earlier. We are a Limited Liability Company and we have regulations within the United States and the State of Wyoming that dictate employer-employee relations. There are also only two members who own actual shares of the LLC itself, those are the CEO  (Michael Weinrub) and the COO (Jonathan Vila), whose LinkedIn profiles were made available prior to, and in, our announcement post. Many of our project contributors are volunteers, and we cannot force them to have public facing social media linked to the project. In the interim of the issues raised, we've messaged all of our staff and have solicited social media information from any staff willing- and several have given us this information.

We're going to work to address the constructive criticisms where we can, and we welcome more.

There is nothing but genuine intentions here. We are a real project, with a real business, and a real blockchain. Not many projects on here can say that, even most of these announcements have anonymous posting, projects like:
Monero which has over 400k views: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

No where is the team stated and Monero has been around for years operating like this. We understand we're a new project, and users might be jaded, but your "red flags" aren't consistent on all your announcements just the ones you choose to target.
Again another thread displaying this that is on the front page with a high number of views and involvement:

You will find the team doesn't even have first names yet you are not there posting big red letters, to actual investors I say this, join our discord, talk to us. Don't let other people posting big red letters, poking holes that anyone can do at any project stray you away from your own decision making. Make your own decisions, bitcoin originally came out no one knew who the team was, but the technology was fascinating and now years later we are here and we still don't know who Satoshi is. Our faces are on there, we posted our linkedin and part of the team is attached. Look at our technology, we'll be releasing testnet soon for you to try, actually read our whitepaper which contains all of our information and decide on our business whether it's the right fit for you, either ways we plan on being here for a long time.
Thank you for your interest, please continue posting questions about the project we welcome all constructive criticism and questions.

the team looks fake as fuck.

most probably stole the images from somewhere and using them to instill a false sense of legitimacy.

this shit just feels like a scam.
