Actually any coins in cryptocurrency is traceable and can be given to any addresses. But i'm not sure there are an social organizations that received many cryptocurrency as their donation.
If there is one exist, i'm sure they're just receiving bitcoins since bitcoin is the most mainstream cryptocurrency and people do know about it.
