I guess you are paying in your own token and not in any liquid asset (such as BTC, ETH etc.) ?!

If someone asks for payment instead of wanting to join our team I can offer only our own tokens at this moment
May I know on why you prefer to pay tokens? Does your company out of funds for paying your potential workers? Since working without clarification on when does the token gets value is so sick for people who wish to earn and you should value the efforts and pay some eth or maybe BTC since if you pay tokens the people you will get here are those cheap guys, But if you pay Eth or BTC you provably get the best guys which can contribute more in your project and it will be beneficial to your project just come to think of it.
