Hi @julerz12 and thank-you for the detailed report. If you haven't done so already, head over to the Resources section. There's a wealth of information there including how to archive details of your report to ensure if the person you are quoting modifies or deletes their post you will always have an independent source to quote from.
I've already done that. I have archived those account's posts here on Bitcointalk, at least those posts that prove that they really do own those ETH addresses. As for the transactions on each wallet, I didn't archive it since I don't think anybody would be able to manipulate the data on those transactions.
