Woah, nice post about the memory hahaha, I'm learning more about the mind than when I was in the School hahaha!. Anyways, guys, October is already here, any probable date for app launch? I'm anxious to test the algorithms.
As a matter of fact we are finalizing the User App right now, however please consider the following;
GRAYLL has currently 3 distinct parts: GRAYLL User App, GRAYLL System, GRAYLL Admin App. The GRAYLL System consists of 3 layers of Algorithms that function independently.
GRAYLL LP was formed in April 2019, I have worked on the algorithms and mathematical equations November 2018 - January 2019, initial coding started in January 2019, first White Paper draft in February/March 2019... if we release the GRAYLL App and GRAYLL System publicly in January 2020 we are still faster than almost any project in the space, with a highly complex system.
One has to understand, what is possible for 1 user is infinitely more complex to provide to 100,000+ users. Imagine you find out that the cost of the compute resources required to run 1 algorithmic position actually surpass the % fee you receive from the user, what do you do? These are issues that are encountered and solved everyday, every issue adds on development time and testing as well as new complexities and potential for bugs elsewhere when the issue is solved.
Development is not linear, it's not like having a list and knowing in advance what will happen, that is why neither Google, IBM, Twitter, Apple, etc etc announce any specific dates for App or product releases, in fact they keep these secret for business strategy purposes. People in Blockchain/DLT have become used to something that is unrealistic.
I cannot even begin to explain how much work is involved and what is at stake if there is a security breach or a system failure. In start-ups everything that can go wrong will go wrong... People make mistakes everyday, however generally those mistakes will not affect that many people (additionally psychologically a person will often downplay the gravity of the mistakes they make), but you have to imagine if a developer does that on any specific App or System feature, it's a risk to either App adoption, security, the use and cost of compute resources.
Many people have absolutely no any idea how much goes on to build even the most simple Apps that can scale, this is why there is often a high level of impatience and a lack of comprehension of how important it is that we deliver a highly functional, secure and scalable GRAYLL App & System.
The GRAYLL User App preview should be ready within the next few weeks, we will invite current investors in the project to access the User App.
