Yesterday my account got disabled for unclear reason.
They stated :
'To keep providing you with a fun, fast & fair betting experience, we kindly ask you to undertake a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.
It will help us reinforce customer security on our site and speed up your deposits and withdrawal requests.'
I hate to bring this matter to the forum but here I am finally got hit with the annoying KYC which I always avoid to do so.

Be prepared for a long wait. I can exactly tell you what is happening. You will first have to send a utility bill and passport photo. Then they wait couple days and ask you for a webcam verification with passport holding next to your head. Then they wait another couple days and send you standard email that your account has been flagged by their system for alleged multi-accounting. Then you say you are not multiaccounting. They will again wait couple days and then send you email that your account will remain disabled because you are multiaccounting.
They will probably pay out your balance in the end but your account will remain disabled. And this process will take about 2 weeks in total before you will have your money.
