People also solds once they see that their coin was dropping so why would they buy it again ? Makes no sense to me but it's reasonable to buy at lows when you still didn't sell any of your coins at a loss .

Nothing happens op because first of all . The decline has a limitation   .  It can't just decline forever  but declines can be a good and bad depending on the persons view .
