If you didn't care if people disagreed with you, you wouldn't feel the need to be a massive dick to them. That's what it comes down to.

I think it's possible that he either A) Doesn't realize how aggressive (often passive aggressive) his posts are perceived by most or, more likely, B) Perceives any post that challenge something he said as a direct attack on his intelligence and/or honor.  He seems to consider his own opinions facts. Therefore other peoples opinions must be 'wrong', and he must prove them wrong, otherwise it will appear that he is wrong.

Or he might be just a troll I guess.  But I think B or A is much more likely.

Gonna go prepare myself mentally now for all the mean things that are about to be said about me.

 Cheesy

He definitely gives off trollish vibes; almost like game-protect, CH or even notbatman. Its basically characterized by an unrelenting inability to ever make a concession about being wrong about anything.

How exactly does that make logical sense? If I cared that people disagreed with me I would act like you and tell the default trust list to line up so I can wash their balls for them.

Uh, that's not the only way to express the fact that you care. If you truly didn't care that someone disagreed with you, you would ignore them. I don't think you've ever done that before.

I am saying what I say at the expense of people like you following me around everywhere else on the forum because you can't handle that I "was a dick to you" in Politics and Society.

It's actually not my fault that you are wrong so often, in so many different ways and places.

Your disagreement isn't the problem, its your inability to isolate it from the rest of the forum's functions. Speaking of forum policy and enforcement, seems to me mods deleting posts falls firmly under that description.

The mods' job is to delete posts that are deemed off-topic. Seems to me you're the one that has a problem distinguishing your opinion from forum functions. Feel free to post your "No U" meme that you love so much. I'm sure that will turn the tide of the argument in your favor.
