Of course we are not waiting for nothing, the only problem is lack of assurance of when will exactly the recovery occur. Then to sum it up, it is a waiting game and also, avoidance of making absurd decision. Those who would sell early would lose the CHANCE to earn profit someday and those who would invest to a random crypro will have a risky decision since we don't know which crypto would be able to cope up once the prices starts to rise.
There is no certainty because the market cannot be predicted by anyone, even an increase in BTC also cannot affect other altcoin prices. this market situation is really very different from what we expected, it's just that we need to renew each portfolio so as not to lose or not hold altcoin that is difficult to develop.
