Well I also think that way, I hope that wolf.bet always responds quickly to the questions and complaints of members here. Although I don't know if they read it all and only become silent readers, but I hope they can have a quick response here so that players are quite satisfied with the support of Wolf.bet.
In the past when wolf.bet was launched, they always responded to members questions here and discussed wolf.bet plans and features going forward and now I hope that again so that wolf.bet continues to develop better.
I learned a few things about sites and customer support. If you are polite, patient and are clear with the issue, support will actually get back to you first rather than on others. But assuming of course the service itself is legit;)
Whether you are polite or not if there costumer service is poor your will get the same result and they should solve their users problems since it's really suck to encounter that thing and it's stressful in the part about of compromise person especially if there's money involved. If they want to be called legit then they should supposed to act professionally on distress users who encounter an issue to their site.
