Integrating two platforms on a single site is somewhat a good idea.Also, you do seek on companies/individuals that would fund up your project?
Not much of a funding of the project, though it also needs a bit of funds (just a minimal amount). All I need is a company/individual/team that will create a legal website for this project.
If thats the case where you do only look for legality of the site then its quite hard since you said earlier you've been halted by countries laws. Even if you do seek up for legal advise or partnerships they cant still do a thing since government rules will always prevail or would be followed.You can ran it though without license but well you do know the risk.
