Not much of a funding of the project, though it also needs a bit of funds (just a minimal amount). All I need is a company/individual/team that will create a legal website for this project.
Not only a legal website. But group of people that operate gambling platform in a country that open for this kind of business. I think you must seek help from people of costa rica since the law there in gambling is very open. Can you give some insight about your idea? I have a contact there that supposed to have ICO for there casino. They are just waiting for the license to start the sale. Maybe you want to join with them. There main game platform is a poker tournament.
