Please show the written contract?

Quote
h4ns alleges: game-protect violated a written contract, resulting in damages, in the specific act referenced here. game-protect did not make the victims of this act roughly whole, AND it is not the case that all of the victims forgave the act. It is not grossly inaccurate to say that the act occurred around July 2019. No previously-created flag covers this same act, unless the flag was created with inaccurate data preventing its acceptance.
Your emails are a legally binding contract.

Your email exchange with h4ns satisfies all legal requirements for it to be considered a legally binding contract within the eyes of the law.
The theme is written contract and not "legally binding agreements"! Roll Eyes

Judgements by extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts do not have any validity in the real world! Roll Eyes

Please show the judgement by a real world court that my emails are a legally binding agreement Huh

Are you actually serious. I just did in the other thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183189.msg52971823#msg52971823

Golden Ocean Group Ltd v Sagacor Mining Industries PVT Ltd and another [2012] EWCA Civ 265, UK.

Here's another explanation for it: https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=2bdaaee8-ea07-4dc1-8728-7b23ce6179ce

If you want a judgment for your case specifically, create a lawsuit for your bogus $10,000 defamation claim and see how far that gets you.

You suggested emails are not written contracts, and what I'm saying to you is, in the eyes of the law, they are, EVEN if not signed formally.

Like I said, fight the verbiage all you want. Whether your "case" with h4ns was held with a contract or not is irrelevant. You still scammed h4ns, and now you're just grasping for straws any change you can get.

We will move from one point to another and in the case where any post addresses all of them, game-protect will simply truncate the quote in some fashion or create a deflection in which he quotes every flag supporter.
Since I've already defined what has happened in this thread and what will continue from this point onward, we should defer our attention to any of the other GP threads so that we don't clog up the boards.

I agree, we should define which thread that is though. The original GP thread?
