There's no way litecoin is dead. Perhaps investors have lost hope in litecoin by looking at the current state. However, I believe this is the right time to get some litecoin tokens in addition to ethereum and bitcoin because they have the potential to boom when the market recovers and prices increases.
Actually not only the light coin all the cryptocurrencies are at the lower value in the market after the price dump started at the end of 2017 to now and hope it will increase more very soon.
When there is growth at that time we will find the same bump in litecoin also so go and invest on LTC to make money with it.
