Really, emails are written?

We know you're illiterate (presumably your "lawyer" takes the time to read these posts aloud to you), but surely you recognise that emails are generally composed of a written language of some form, even if you don't understand it? I mean, you can see the strange symbols of the alphabet arranged in patterns that literate people call "words" and "sentences" and which are collectively known as "writing", right?

First time I hear that emails are written!

And because emails are written, they are a
written contract!

So always when someone writes an email it is (according to xtraelv) a
written contract!
