I want to ask which altcoin is most suitable for donations.
i.e. traceable, and can be given to organizations without issues.

It is in the nature of blockchain to be transparent I don't think you need to worry to it at all. I suggest choose stable coins so that it wouldn't have to really change way too big if there is something happened in the market. In addition is there any charities who accepts crypto currency as donation? If there is then may be your problem is already solved.
Despite having an existing platform where cryptocurrency can be donated will not be enough for us to keep on measuring which cryptocurrency will be the best that fits the donation system. Though there are already many members who suggest using a stable coin, the market price aspect is already solved. Now, in terms of traceable characteristic, bitcoin is surely the best way to do it.
I don't have any recommendation for traceable crypto but you could avoid using these coins, XMR, DASH, ZEC, XVG, and BTCP. As
