The money spent was calculated with the peoples contribution to the project and also the investment we have spent so far, the project is running for 15 months and building up legal structures and also doing research o a new technology has cost a lot, but it's not all spent in money assets, it's the time and effort people have put into the project so far valued through a number.
Yes, the app will be free, also described in the whitepaper, our last stage is development of own devices which will be used by our platform.
