You can try to update your app to a newer version or come to forum.aeternity.com to speak to the AirGap team directly. There is no way helping you unless you give some explanation of your situation.

ok figured it out; why couldn't you tell me to download the Airgap wallet and "Sync accounts" from Airgap vault to Airgap Wallet? How did you not know this? Something is very fishy here with your explanation and trying to help me out; you should find someone else to answer and help people out here cause you did not.
