What do you mean 'other than top 20 currencies'?  Those are probably the most profitable coins you're going to find, and they're also going to be the hottest ones.  You might find really bad shit coins trading for 1 sat which suddenly go up to 2 or 3 sats, but that's a rarity and such coins are very risky to buy because they usually don't have a liquid market.  You might get stuck holding a bag of coins you can't sell because nobody is buying them.

Not at all.  New coins and tokens are probably the worst thing you could buy right now.  Yes, there's a chance they might surge in value, but anything being created these days is just a 'me too' thing, because there really isn't any innovation left.  I think all of the good coins have already been created for the time being.  There might be something that comes along down the road that will give btc or Eth a run for their money, but nobody's done it yet.
