Many sites are now starting to accept more and more different crypto currencies, for example Luckygames now accepts 101 coin and all of them seems to be active.
My favorite is still Bitcoin and Doge.
Whats your favorite coin that you use for online gambling and if it is not accepted would you convert it to Bitcon to try and play online gambling games?

For me, I usually use bitcoin to my online gambling and some other alt-coins, especially if my favorites sites accept other cryptos. But I'm not only gambling with my bitcoin/ cryptocurrencies. I also bet using fiat money but in the real casino, and to some betting sites that don't accept cryptos. 
looks like you are really a gambling enthusiast mate?good for you that you are playing from all different angle of gambling Like everyone here i am also placing a bet with bitcoin and a few altcoins that are available and more over i have some fork coins that are acceptable in some sports book and now a days i completely use those fork coins to gamble so that i am not risking my bitcoin and still having fun
