It is not my decision, but I can't support uinbanning you.
My assumption is that Icoperf was a sockpuppet account used to spam your referral code, and you want to get unbanned so you can continue using your main/higher ranking account. If you disclosed who your main account is, members can make an evaluation if you have contributed enough such that unbanning you would be warranted. Your using a sock puppet to create problems wont do you any favors.
I was just saying in the various announcement topics "we are here too". I'm doing exactly what mixer, mining pool, and similar services do. Nothing else. No referral link, no shortlink.
PS: I'm advertising a service I created with a regular VAT number.
Regardless of semantics, I would not support unbanning.
If you disclose your higher ranking account that I assume you have, members can evaluate your contributions and formulate opinions accordingly.
