Under common problem, you have written that "Wanshaizi is one of the largest online blockchain DICE gaming platforms in Europe". But, you platform is not in English?
That can become a trust issue and if you lose trust then your website will suffer.
in addition to that is the nationality is defaulted to Chinese and you can't change it and will get an error(at least for me) if you left it alone when you register.
also, the DC coin in their website is also a mystery, the closest similarity it has(since I can't find any info about the image) is DCEP(Digitial Currency Electronic
