You keep suggesting that laws & rulings don't apply to you because they weren't specifically ruled against YOU individually in a court of law.
That's like saying "I didn't commit the crime of murder, because a judge didn't say I individually committed the crime of murder, therefore murder is ok".
It's completely irrelevant. If, in a case, a judge in a high court (or supreme court) rules that emails can be contractual without signatures, then those rules apply to you as well, regardless of if you have actually gone to court or not.
