Have you ever reported every users account that links onto that thread or not? Because, if I do find some users evading a ban I usually do that to get some attention to moderator/s by just linking it to the post or reply you've just made.

I see the same users in this report by @coinlocket$ 6 suspect Full Member accounts using the same signature. maybe he can help to tag now those users who aren't banned yet that are on his report. What I advise is report again the users' account here involved to mods and if it hasn't been put into action then a tag is worth it to them, I think these are really alts and just controlled by one person.
