We plan to do that soon again. We have some StrongU on order relatively low cost.
No. We plan to reduce rate because right now we have larger scale. Hopefully we will be more competitive very soon.

I think we are right now more mature company with larger scale. We introduced larger scale at this point so rates are going down.
