In market there are too many scammed projects as well , they raised funds and then everything closed. so for first investor trust he prefer that if he can get investor from Russia then he can arrange a meeting with his team, so in other case if investor is from another country then he can find a way for meetup as well , and yes later they will expand in other countries as well.
