Yes he is, and that's the thing with Yobit.  There are a ton of shitcoins on there that you can trade--IF there are any buying orders--but withdrawing them is another story.  A lot of wallets are in perpetual maintenance mode.

I assume the "ticker symbol" for egold is EGOLD?  I had to check Yobit and yep, that wallet is in maintenance mode and they're also giving it away as a free coin.  You know a coin is complete garbage when they do that.  Anyway, I had bought some RDD on Yobit not too long ago, but it turned out that that's another coin that you can't withdraw.  Of course I didn't think to check before I bought some and I had to sell it.  Typical Yobit BS.
