Its interesting that the president gave a resounding speech in that light which contributed to the positive movement in the price of several cryptocurrencies few weeks ago.
I cant argue against that. Bitcoin and altcoins needed that bullish news. And the market reacted at once to all the goodies. I actually expected Dreamr team to have closed the tokens sales that week. Some other projects raised a good amount of funding for their projects that week.
Dreamr project didn't raise the needed amount, I believe that's the most logical reason for the continuing token sales. Its possible some projects made a substantial amount of fund during the period of increased flow of fund into the cryptocurrency space, but dreamr project wasn't fortunate to be among the few who benefitted tremendously from the bull run.
Is there any official announcement about the platform hasn't reached its softcap? If it's true then it is really unexpected and sad bcoz limit of softcap was really achievable. Despite platform is achieving one by one mile stone but still not achieved it's softcap is really devastating.
