Just because no one should be using an exchange as a vault, doesn't mean an exchange has the right to steal from its users.
Requesting a recovery and paying the fee is not compulsory. As I've said above other exchanges doesn't even have that recovery thing.You must have very low standards of cryptocurrency exchanges if you think that is okay
Oh it seems to me that you consider it low standards when people know what they Accept in the TOS before they use a service.
