its possible to recieve a gift or a donation from someone else and its also possible to ask for loans without collateral because there are some lenders that do that but as long as they are seeing you as a repuatble member here on the forum  but on other loaning platforms , the only way to make a loan is by lending out a collateral  . the op is already in debt and why are he still going for more loans ? what is his plans with his life  ,  omg  .
