For me, the bitcoin price rate right now is not that high if you compared its value on the ATH moment of bitcoin. But even the price of bitcoin is low at the moment there is still some ways that you can do to become rich will the help of bitcoin. The ppl that become wealthy because they trust bitcoin's capability, they don't panic sell, they do there calculations, etc. But right now, there are so many TA showing up that bitcoin's price will increase and might reach another ATH or 22k. 
People who are staying and continue investing already learned things like that. They are assuming that since there's a lots of news regarding to crypto bitcoin will rise and will try to reach new ATH. Though it's still speculations but believers who experienced those good things that happened last time the market turned to strong bull, will desire to experience the same thing and will keep holding till they see the pumped again.
