People should realize something too good to be true, most likely it's scam or dangerous.
And i'd wager it's either :
1. tiny LED screen powered by USB
2. USB drive with malicious wallet installer
Actually there are some questionable product sold on Alibaba, mostly with very low price or/and from China. But such product usually won't be on their main page or recommended to their user.

Now I was wondering why Alibaba, being a large and a well respected company, would allow this kinds of products to be listed on their site - assuming those were fake LNS because its clearly a violation of IPR!
