I am very sure the Op would have long updated the post if he saw a partner, although we have some people here that are very bad in communication, they drop a post and don’t follow up or keep us updated of the development, but I think this particular op would have updated if he has found solution.

I saw the post earlier and I knew deep within me that responses will be very low to it which is being confirmed now. I am convinced that the OP has an idea and he is sure of the project but getting partners especially from the forum might not be easy for him. I advise he puts the idea up directly on the post, since that would be more convincing and as well get better responses from there.
