Which in your opinion are the best exchanges for crypto-to-crypto (non-fiat) trading that do not require KYC?
I think Binance is mostly fine, at least for now (as long as you're not connecting from one of the restricted countries). Bisq isn't bad either but it's a different thing so it's very limited when it comes to volume and available trading pairs.

The reputation of Bittrex has been battered by several users posting here because of some past irregularities it had including accusation of selective scamming and inflating data and sending to CMC.
Which would you recommend for fiat trading?
