He says 'tokens' in the title but 'coins' in his post, and I doubt he knows the difference.  The best time to sell tokens?  Right when you receive them from whatever bounty you've been participating in, assuming the project doesn't rip you off.  There's no better time to sell, plus nobody should be buying those pieces of garbage.

If it's coins you're talking about, that's another story.
