He was running our bounty campaign, received upfront payments several times. When time came to submit spreadsheet he was posting incorrect shares, amount, not including many participants, complete mess. Then he started asking for more money to "finish the spreadsheet". We paid once but nothing was done, different excuses etc. Then he removed access to the spreadsheet and asked for more money. We refused to pay until the spreadsheet is complete and all participants are happy. He said good bye and changed the title of our bounty campaign to "SCAM". Pathetic
