But some ppl indeed chose the right time to buy more Decred. I hope it hit rock bottom a couple of weeks ago and we're not gonna see those prices again.

Only the market can decide if people chose the right time. We can only buy the dip, and do dollar-cost-averaging if it dips futher than expected. Cool
