I see on poloniex twitter, they are implemented some new features, almost of all the market is still frozen now.
Q2C is halving so it's must be a great opportunity for the price to get more higher, but the poloniex made the party be delayed hehehe
poloniex seems get some XCP issue(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=395761.4180), hackers stole 80BTC from them, so it seems because of this they still holding back the exchange.
I can't wait anymore, i'm going to buy some q2c on c-cex
