Might be for real.., but note that on asicminervalue website it is Gh/s, so not that impressive. Not Th/s, but Gh/s
Oh, and X11 algo also 
I think he is referring to the fact, that the same device was initially sold for hashrate 660 GH/s and a power consumption of 1450 W.
