If mining crypto is a scam, why are you even on bitcointalk in the first place?
I was sent here for one reason only: To prevent scamming wankers like King Carsen from doing a lot of damage. Some say it's altruism, I don't know. I don't need a label. 
If you really push me, I'm certain that I can get a good basis for a type-2 flag.
The fact you would attack someone with a large twitter following and has only done good for many many crypto communities says it all. And one of those few who does take bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies like Denarius for their business.
